How to survive a "soft" Lockdown

By Lisbongirl - November 15, 2020

After the announcement of a soft lockdown, my first thought was: I do not want to repeat my mistakes.

Everyone has read this advice that a morning exercise routine will get the day off to a better start, but a cup of cappuccino is not to be neglected. For coffee junkies, this is Italian heaven. Whether we like it or not, training is an important part of a healthy morning routine. Keep a daily routine is advantage. As for the question about the to-do list, my answer is: has anyone seen my list?

Like me, as an active person, you can also complain about the curfew. Complaining is annoying. The list of indoor activities is insanely short.

Please stay safe and inside. (No, I am not paid by the Portuguese state).

Night drives through the desert city of Lisbon are a way out. Rent an e-bike and explore the city at night. Is a humor refresher. (I am a bad example)

The Home Office is both a blessing and a curse. You start to miss crowded busses and subways. A privet concert is the mood-setter. A little hint sings the song loud and wrong - your neighbors will love you. Every star needs haters.

Jokes side by side. Relax with a glass of wine, because water is not a solution.

See you guys next Sunday!
