Find the right wine?

There are few important things in life, and wine is one of them. Okay, that sounds a little dramatic. Only wine lovers understand the meaning. We live in a world of wine shelves.
The wide variety of different wines makes it difficult to make a decision. Standing forever in front of the shelves and not knowing which bottle will spend the rest of the day with you.
You are probably wondering how I can find the right bottle. The world is facing a pandemic and I am faced with the problem of finding the right type of wine for me.
What should be considered when choosing a wine bottle? My knowledge of wine is short: "I like the design of the label and the price: I'll buy it."
Let me share my limited knowledge of wine types with you. Maybe I can help someone who is desperate. Desperate smells bad.
Go inside us for a moment, breathe deeply and let the tree pose. What do you think now? Red? White? Rosé or green? Personally, I thought more about the taste of the wine than the color.
An interesting fact about the color of wine, many people think that the color of wine depends on the color of the juice. This is not true; the skin of the grapes determines the color of the wine. To make white wine, you have to separate the juice from the grape skin as soon as possible. With red wine the opposite.
How to read a wine label? If you thought Ulysses was a complicated book, then you have never tried to read a wine label. Reading wine labels is a science. It requires some effort to understand the meaning of the labels. I can give you two advice.
First check the age:
White wines should not be older than two years.
Red wines under five euros may be a maximum of three years old.
Second verification of the alcoholic strength by volume:
White wines with an alcohol content over 12.5% and red wines over 13.5% are really strong. Personally, I don’t like this strong taste. At this point I can buy a bottle of vodka. This is just my opinion. The degree of sweetness (dry, semi-dry, fine dry, sweet) should be indicated. If there is no indication, the wines are most likely sweet. There is no information about the taste of foreign wines. However, one can usually assume that the wines are dry.
I hope I could help.
See you in two weeks! I am making a blog design change.
